Terms of Service: Legal Agreement for PorenHub Users

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license for any content you submit and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PorenHub, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if PorenHub has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, PorenHub's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND THEIR CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PorenHub does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Services or that any errors will be corrected.

The foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
